Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department
Location
Johnson, Arkansas
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient care activities accurately within the facility's electronic medical records system
- Respond to emergent situations and initiate appropriate interventions in accordance with established protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- NRP certification required (may be completed onsite if needed)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or trauma-level emergency department
- Familiarity with a variety of electronic medical records (EMR) platforms
