Key Responsibilities
As an ED Registered Nurse, you will:
  • Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in the emergency department
  • Manage a wide range of acute and critical conditions
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams during high-pressure situations
  • Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgency
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients and families during emergencies

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Previous emergency or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
