Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed based on staffing requirements
• Complete required facility orientation modules, including any assigned during orientation period

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
• PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required — must be completed within one week of contract signing; results may take up to 2–4 weeks to process
• Valid certifications and professional references required at time of submission
• Must complete required labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Pass/Fail clinical competency exam required for clearance — candidates have a maximum of 3 attempts
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Familiarity with acute care hospital systems and workflows
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient volumes and acuity levels
