Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment during night shift hours
• Perform telemetry monitoring, including the ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips
• Float to a nearby facility as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in biweekly orientation as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with all facility health and immunization requirements, including mandatory flu vaccination

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license
• ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and TNCC certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience
• Minimum 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips
• Must pass a telemetry competency test administered on the first day of assignment (pass/fail; failure may result in assignment termination — study materials provided upon assignment confirmation)
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding; declinations are not accepted
• Must have been separated from this facility for a minimum of 6 months (permanent, per diem, or contract) to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity emergency room setting
• Familiarity with floating between facilities within a health system
• Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments
