Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum
- Evaluate the nursing process and accurately document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Direct and coordinate patient care activities throughout the shift
- Collaborate with ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate effectively with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions and changes in status
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience providing nursing care in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Ability to assess and care for patients across a broad age spectrum and acuity range
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced emergency department environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
