Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
- Deliver trauma-informed care in accordance with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS or ENPC certification
- Current TNCC certification
- Prior experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing high-acuity and complex emergency cases
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in a trauma environment
