Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma in Hartford, CT

Contract | Days | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Monitor and assess patients utilizing telemetry and emergency nursing protocols
• Respond to trauma cases in accordance with Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective emergency care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• ENPC or PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in emergency situations
