Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 28-bed Emergency Room department, including 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to ensure safe and efficient patient outcomes
• Assess, monitor, and respond to a diverse patient population including trauma and cardiac cases

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN License required by the start of the assignment
• Active RN license in good standing
• Emergency Room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma care or high-acuity emergency settings
• Familiarity with behavioral health patient management in an ED environment
• Experience with cardiac monitoring
