Travel – Registered Nurse, Emergency Room

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Maintain compliance with TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) standards in the delivery of trauma care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
- Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma center environments
- Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
