Key Responsibilities- Provide total patient care for Emergency Department patients with a variable 4:1 patient ratio
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients presenting to the Emergency Department
- Document all patient care activities accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Wear required royal blue scrubs in accordance with facility dress code
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date
- ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP certifications required within 90 days of start
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Familiarity with high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environments
