Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | Full-Time | Onsite | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week plus 2 on-call shifts | Holiday and on-call availability required
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
- Utilize accepted standards and protocols including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN guidelines
- Achieve patient outcomes through the implementation of clinical pathways
- Provide coverage across multiple Critical Access Hospital emergency department locations as assigned
- Participate in on-call shifts and holiday coverage as required
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification (or equivalent)
- Current TNCC certification
- Emergency Department nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience strongly preferred
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
- ATLS certification or familiarity
- Experience in a Trauma Level IV facility
