Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed Emergency Department serving medical, injured, and mental health patient populations across the lifespan
- Maintain a standard patient ratio of 1:4, with flexibility for higher ratios in low-acuity situations
- Operate unit equipment including Level I fluid warmers and document care using Epic EMR
- Collaborate as an active team member within the Emergency Department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient outcomes
- Complete required education modules prior to or during onboarding as assigned
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Experience caring for patients across the lifespan
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Trauma care experience with patients across the lifespan
