Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:7, delivering safe and effective emergency nursing care
• Document and manage patient records using FirstNet (Cerner) EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Adhere to facility dress code (Royal Blue scrubs) and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CPI certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Direct patient care experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with FirstNet (Cerner) EMR platform
• Familiarity with high-acuity emergency department environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
