    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369!

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing care across all patient populations throughout the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop and revise individualized patient plans of care, coordinating across disciplines and delegating activities to other care providers as appropriate
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices, contributing to the improvement of practice standards and the care environment
    • Apply unit-based clinical skills as outlined for the Emergency Room setting, which may include trauma-level care responsibilities
    • Document and manage patient care using Epic EMR
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Minnesota RN License required
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room travel nursing experience required
    • BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC) required – documentation must be provided
    • PALS and TNCC certification required – documentation must be provided
    • Experience with all patient populations required
    • Trauma Level IV experience required
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR required
    • MN DHS Net Study and Fingerprinting required for this patient-facing position
    • Current skills checklist (within the past year), pertinent to Emergency Room specialty, required – documentation must be provided
    • 2 supervisory references with dates of employment listed required – documentation must be provided
    • All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; time-off requests submitted after submittal may not be honored
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department setting
    • Familiarity with trauma-level emergency care protocols and multi-disciplinary team coordination
    • Demonstrated personal leadership qualities that contribute to practice improvement and a positive care environment
