Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
- Deliver care to outpatients presenting for infusions or scheduled treatments
- Assess and treat patients presenting to the emergency room
- Rotate between the Emergency Room and Med Surg units as needed
- Utilize computerized charting and barcode medication scanning via Epic
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in good standing
- Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience required
- Ability to work in both the Emergency Room and Med Surg settings
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Compliance with facility badge-in and badge-out requirements
- Navy blue scrubs required per facility dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2–3 years of Med Surg and/or Emergency Room nursing experience
- Familiarity with barcode medication administration processes
