Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

McKinney, TX | Acute Care – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 37-bed, Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department
• Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio within assigned zone
• Operate GE monitoring equipment and document accurately using MediTech EMR
• Float to support ED patients admitted and holding within the department as needed
• Work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period; no on-call requirement
• Adhere to dress code: royal blue scrub top and bottom

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Experience with MediTech EMR
• High-caliber patient experience skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an HCA facility
• High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to commit to an ASAP start date with minimal time-off requests
