Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency nursing care to both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and critical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using electronic health record systems
- Participate in trauma response and care in alignment with Level II or III trauma center protocols
Required Qualifications- Active RN license (pending license accepted at submission; must be active prior to start date)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience in a comparable-sized facility
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (must be willing to obtain if offered)
- Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patient populations
- Level II or Level III trauma experience
- Must be willing to work some holidays as required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Recent ER travel nursing experience within the past 6–8 months
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records
