TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Monroe, Washington, 98272!

Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Location

Monroe, WA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Every other weekend | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting, including triage using ESI level 5 methodology
• Care for a diverse patient population including trauma, psych holds, and obstetric emergencies requiring stabilization and transfer
• Manage ventilators as needed prior to patient transport to the ICU
• Read and interpret telemetry strips as part of ongoing patient monitoring
• Float across the ED and inpatient units as needed
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotation per unit scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• TNCC required
• ENPC or PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse or RN shift coordinator experience
• Level 3 or higher trauma center experience
• Familiarity with CareView EMR
• Experience with psychiatric patient care and psych hold protocols
