Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon start
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon start
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon start
- Ability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior emergency room nursing experience
- Experience working in a high-acuity or critical care environment
