Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER/ED
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes
Perform patient assessments and initiate care plans
Monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions
Utilize critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED
Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
CPR and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
