Contract | Mid-Shift (11AM–11PM or 1PM–1AM) | Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Hours Guaranteed Bi-Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes throughout the shift
• Adapt to rotating mid-shift schedules including weekend rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3–5 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Ability to work mid-shifts (11AM–11PM or 1PM–1AM) with rotating schedules
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Familiarity with rural or community-based emergency care settings
