Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion (strongly required)
• Active American Heart Association BLS (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Active American Heart Association ACLS (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Active American Heart Association PALS (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Traveler must have their own personal vehicle for this assignment
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
• Background working in a high-volume or teaching hospital environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
