Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: July 20, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Emergency Department operating as a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Maintain a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio during night shift operations alongside Charge RN, Triage RN, and support staff
• Perform all standard ED and trauma procedures as required by unit protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including charge nurses, triage nurses, medics, and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Florida or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• PALS certification required
• ENPC certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR platform
• Experience working in high-acuity, fast-paced emergency settings
