Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within an acute care hospital environment
- Deliver nursing care with patient-to-nurse ratios determined by acuity
- Float within scope to meet facility and department needs as required
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
- Participate in emergency response team activities as needed, including during designated hurricane season months (June through November)
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (American Heart Association accepted)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills- CPI and TNCC certifications
- First-time travel nurses with verified Emergency Room experience will be considered
