Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician
Apply principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice using the nursing process
Collaborate with patients, families, professional peers, and interdisciplinary health care team members to individualize patient care plans
Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Compact RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency room or relevant clinical specialty
