Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Independently read and interpret telemetry monitoring
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ED patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
- Float to other units as needed per facility policy
Required Qualifications- Active RN license (any state) or valid compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry
- EPIC electronic health records charting experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification strongly preferred
- Experience working in a mid-to-large inpatient hospital environment
