Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment within an Acute Care Hospital setting
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards at a Magnet-designated, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center
• Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation and charting
• Adhere to facility dress code policies, including covering tattoos, no acrylic nails, no facial hair, and no visible body piercings beyond compliant earrings
• Complete required orientation modules as scheduled during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (hard stop)
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, MAB, NIHSS
• Willingness to work weekends as required
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
• Experience working in high-acuity, high-volume emergency settings
