Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a non-trauma emergency room setting
• Manage high-acuity patient holds within a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of emergency room nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ventilator management
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in an emergency setting
