Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed Emergency Department, including 27 medical beds and 3 ED Psych beds
- Manage a high-volume environment averaging 120 patients per day in a Level 2 Trauma and Level 2 Stroke Center
- Deliver care using a POD nursing assignment model, staffed according to Average Daily Census (ADC)
- Support patients across a full spectrum of emergency presentations, including chest pain and sexual assault survivor care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Current AHA ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
- TNS or TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma or Stroke Center environment
- Familiarity with POD nursing care models in high-volume emergency settings
