Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting with patient ratios of 1:4–6
- Deliver care within a Primary Stroke Center environment and support STEMI patient management protocols
- Provide nursing care within two locked Behavioral Health units in the ED, supported by security and ED staffing teams
- Staff rapid evaluation units addressing both urgent care and critical care needs, including rapid medical screenings
- Float within the hospital as needed, remaining within scope of practice
Required Qualifications- Valid Maryland RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- At least 1 prior travel assignment required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Must be willing to float within the hospital within scope of practice
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Primary Stroke Center or STEMI-capable facility
- Prior experience providing care in a Behavioral Health emergency setting
