Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Acute Care and Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients presenting with a range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to emergent and critical situations with appropriate clinical judgment and urgency

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an Acute Care or Emergency Department setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a critical access or rural hospital environment
• TNCC or ENPC certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
