Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | 12-Hour Variable Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week | Rotating Schedule
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting across 12-hour variable shifts
- Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday as required
- Float to additional regional facilities as needed, with float assignments prescheduled when possible
- Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
- Be available for on-call assignments; call-back minimum is 2 hours
Required Qualifications- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
- Experience floating to multiple units or facilities in a hospital setting
