Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
- Support competency evaluation and development of clinical staff
- Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Emergency Room clinical experience
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-acuity or trauma emergency department setting
- Familiarity with multi-unit coordination and resource management
