Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
• Float to various facilities within an assigned zone (up to 60-mile radius from zone city center) as needed
• Adapt to mid-shift float assignments to alternate locations within the zone, with paid travel time provided
• Perform duties in a CNA or Sitter capacity when census is low to ensure hours are fulfilled
• Complete orientation requirements on-site, including any in-person modules during the designated orientation week

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Utah
• Experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain housing within a feasible distance to support floating throughout the full 60-mile zone
• Must be physically present in state for the full week of orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated flexibility across multiple care settings
• Comfort working in a float pool or multi-site environment
