Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Float within the hospital as needed to support staffing demands
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Be available to work 2 of 3 major upcoming holidays during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN License (required at time of submission)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required (must be submitted at time of application)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• SSN and date of birth required at time of submittal
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Any candidate who has worked at this facility as a permanent employee must have been separated for at least 6 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred
• 2 supervisor references preferred
• Experience floating within a hospital environment
