Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff during assigned shifts in an emergency room setting
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and clinical standards
- Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation across the unit during shift hours
- Serve as a clinical resource and point of escalation for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
- Prior nursing supervisory or charge nurse experience
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-acuity emergency department
- Strong communication and critical decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
