Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Accurately document patient information and clinical interventions using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Respond to emergent and critical situations utilizing ACLS, BLS, and PALS protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
- Permanent residence must be located 50 or more miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Departments
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into existing care teams
