Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Monitor and document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Respond to critical and high-acuity situations with clinical competence and composure
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-acuity patients simultaneously
