Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient information and care accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Respond to critical and life-threatening situations with clinical competency and composure
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple critically ill patients simultaneously
