Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting at a Level III Trauma Center
- Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population including trauma and psychiatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
- Monitor and document patient status, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with facility protocols
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments as ordered by the treating physician
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona (verified within the last 30 days, no encumbrances)
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Active NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Active PALS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience working with psychiatric patients in an Emergency Department setting
