Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced urban Emergency Department
- Manage and monitor ventilated patients as part of routine care
- Support Patient Care Technicians and Medics within the department
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in a department seeing approximately 210 visits per day
- Fulfill every-other-weekend coverage requirements, including 4 weekend shifts per contract
Required Qualifications- Valid Arizona RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
- Experience in a large, urban, high-volume Emergency Department required
- Ventilated patient experience required
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- De-escalation certification required (MAB, CPI, MOAB, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will not be considered
