    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Waimea, Hawaii, 96796!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

    Location

    Waimea, HI

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Rotating Shift (including weekends and holidays as needed)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Administer medications and perform clinical assessments for residents in a Long-Term Care unit
    • Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans
    • Accurately document resident care, progress, and changes in condition in the electronic medical records system
    • Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
    • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Hawai?i Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification
    • Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
    • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working as a travel nurse in a Long-Term Care or skilled nursing setting
    • Strong independent clinical decision-making and communication skills
