Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location
Waimea, HI
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Rotating Shift (including weekends and holidays as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform clinical assessments for residents in a Long-Term Care unit
- Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans
- Accurately document resident care, progress, and changes in condition in the electronic medical records system
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Hawai?i Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working as a travel nurse in a Long-Term Care or skilled nursing setting
- Strong independent clinical decision-making and communication skills
