Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Perform IV insertions and PICC line management
- Conduct telemetry interpretation and monitor patient cardiac rhythms
- Manage ventilated patients as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Float to other departments or facilities as needed based on departmental rotation schedule
Required Qualifications- Minimum 18 months of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with ventilator management
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Experience with telemetry interpretation in an emergency care environment
