Emergency Room (ER) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13-Week Assignment | 12-Hour Evening Shifts (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM) | 3 Shifts per Week | Every Other Weekend Required | No On-Call
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Participate in a required pre-shift huddle (15 minutes) prior to each shift
- Float to areas appropriate for skillset as needed, including a nearby satellite location
- Accurately document patient assessments and care using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS certification (must be in hand)
- Current PALS certification (must be in hand)
- Current BLS certification (must be in hand)
- Current NIHSS certification (must be in hand)
- Experience with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient volumes and acuity levels
