Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Endoscopy License: Current RN License eligible for licensure in the state Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only Must-Have Skills/Experience: Procedure room documentation Knowledge of procedure room tools and turnover Admit, recover, moderate/conscious sedation Description: This position performs direct patient care activities for all age groups. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves monitoring and coordinating patient care activities with ancillary departments. The goal is to optimize patient care and comfort. The nurse functions within the scope of nursing preparation. Responsibilities are consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice. The position requires adherence to the applicable Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Professional Ethics. The nurse will perform related duties as assigned.
