Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,067 per week in Akron, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 months Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 12 months of permanent Endoscopy experience License: Must have an active RN license in hand Certifications: ACLS and BLS required Must-Have: No working weekends unless called in. 1-2 weekday call shifts per week after shift until 7:00 AM. 1-2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks, 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. Must have an hour response time for call. Description: This position is for an Endoscopy Registered Nurse. Shift times may vary and will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of permanent Endoscopy experience. No working weekends unless called in. The role will require 1-2 weekday call shifts per week after the regular shift ends at 3:30 PM. Additionally, 1-2 weekend call shifts will be required every 6 weeks, covering 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must respond to calls within one hour. An active Ohio RN license or a compact state RN license is required. ACLS and BLS certifications must also be current and in hand. References must be from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for, within the past 12 months. Nurses will be exempt from the nicotine-free facility requirement on a temporary basis. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months prior to the start date. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. This position may have annual competencies to be completed if criteria are met.
