Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endocrinology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience - Charting system experience - Experience with adults and geriatrics - Knowledge of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and adrenal gland disorders Description: Provides direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families utilizing the nursing processes of comprehensive patient assessment, development, and implementation of nursing care plans, and patient education. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in the assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication. Adheres to policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote a quality, reliable patient experience.
