Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,341 per week in Columbus, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (08:00 - 20:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience; endoscopy experience required; PACU experience preferred; 1:1 patient ratio experience required. License: Valid RN license in hand at time of submission. Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Endoscopy experience. PACU experience preferred. 1:1 patient ratio experience. Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy. The nurse will work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Endoscopy experience is required, and PACU experience is preferred. The unit generally handles 60 to 70 cases per day and includes a mix of patient age groups from adolescents to adults and pediatrics. The patient diagnoses commonly include active GI bleeding, Barrett's esophagus, biliary tract disease, and various surgical complications. Special procedures performed include EGD, colonoscopy, enteroscopy, and others. The equipment used includes Olympus endoscopes and endoscopic ultrasound equipment. Candidates must be prepared for a fingerprinting process shortly after contracting. Two professional references are required, including at least one from a manager or director.
