Certifications: Current BLS for Healthcare Provider Card; ACLS required for certain positions. Must-Have: BSN preferred or required within five years of hire date. Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice. Ability to analyze situations and apply critical thinking. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Skill in preparing and maintaining records and writing reports. Ability to communicate clearly. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions. Description: Provide nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Apply professional nursing theory and practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
