First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Gastroenterology / GI Endoscopy Registered Nurse (GI RN) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday – Friday Work Week
    • On-Call Protocol [HARDSTOP]: On-call rotation required. Weekday call runs Monday – Friday (17:30 – 07:00). Weekend call runs continuously from Friday 17:30 through Monday 07:00 [HARDSTOP].
  • Assignment Duration: 8-Week Short-Term Contract Assignment | 1 Open Position
  • Location Region: Bridgeport, Connecticut (CT)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of dedicated Gastroenterology / GI Endoscopy RN experience required [HARDSTOP].
  • Specialized Procedural Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical nursing knowledge and proficiency in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) and EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) procedures strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Connecticut State RN License or active multi-state eNLC Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - BOTH REQUIRED]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Preferred Profile Enhancements: Prior Level 1 Trauma Center experience and previous travel nursing contracts preferred.
